      On August 1st, 2003, Mr. Mark Jipp & Mr. Tracey Saunders moved to Eureka Springs and purchased the Veranda Inn Bed & Breakfast. With a whole new array of ideas and possibilities not implemented or thought of to be offered to guests as well as the Eureka Springs civil population and business community. He partnered in business with a gentleman named Tracey O. Saunders who in his own right over the last 3.5 years has become a legend in Eureka Springs for his Culinary Delights, Wedding Cakes, Exemplary Dinners and Magnificent Desserts. Tracey has been a Culinary Chef for the past 18 years and brought a great deal of experience and dishes that he has himself perfected and are trade secrets of the Inn now. Tracey’s Five Course Breakfast is a site to behold and is served to the “T” every morning with all the finest ingredients and care, overwhelming the guests each and every morning of their visit. The morning meal usually holds all guests until at least 2:00 PM. The breakfast is most commonly the highlight of the day, sometimes lasting as long as 2 to 3 hours.
     In staying with this new career in hospitality, Mr. Jipp as well as Mr. Saunders, sold the Veranda Inn in November of 2006 with the new owners requesting both to stay on and be the General Manager / Inn Keeper’s / Food & Beverage Manager / Wedding Coordinator & Executive Culinary Chef.
